The Challenge
The project required simultaneous ground-level heavy rigging operations and elevated tower work in proximity to an operational data center. Safety, precision, and logistics coordination were critical to avoid risk to personnel, equipment, and surrounding infrastructure.
Additionally, multiple lifting methods — cranes, forklifts, and skates — had to be integrated into a single cohesive plan.
Our Solution
Travel Safe deployed specialized rigging crews alongside certified tower technicians to execute the scope in parallel.
For ground operations, our team utilized cranes, forklifts, and skates as required to move heavy electrical equipment safely and efficiently. For tower work, our technicians replaced lighting fixtures, updated cabling, and upgraded associated power elements to ensure reliable operation.
A centralized project management structure synchronized all activities, eliminating conflicts between rigging, tower, and site operations.
